Puerto Vallarta

A wonderful 645 experience to Puerto Vallarta.

We will be traveling by car from Salt Lake City to Puerto Vallarta with opportunities to stop along the way and discover Mexico by road. We have a week in Puerto Vallarta to explore the coast, botanical gardens, historic districts and surrounding towns. Our plan is to find the more authentic side of Mexico away from the primary tourist attractions.

As always, you will have access to my camera, the incredible Hasselblad H6D-100c which I consider un-rivaled since it’s release in 2017. The advantages of a camera where the sole pursuit of Hasselblad was Optical Perfection are all too easy to see when we come to print. On this trip you will learn a new approach to photography, slower, more deliberate and with the vision of a fine art piece on your wall at the end of the tour. You will be in control of the composition, perfecting the shot, editing and hands on in the process of putting your image to fine art cotton rag and framing. Completing the process of what you intend to create to a fine art piece hanging on your wall.

With my 645 experience we bookend the first and last day at $450.00 which covers insurance and materials in your fine art print. Intervening days are all at $300.00 and are focussed on exploration, experience and photography. This way you can fit your tie schedule and budget around yourself and not be tied into strict schedule. For example, you might fly into Puerto Vallarta and we spend two days shooting and then you continue onto another destination and your own holiday before meeting back in Salt Lake City to create your fine art print at a later date. Hows that for a fun experience and the freedom to mould tow trips together as one!

We have space in our car for 2 people and share fuel costs or you can self drive/fly. Our accommodation is in Nueva Vallarta. You are free to choose accommodation there or nearby at your expense.
